  Second visit to the store and Leeah helped me again, she is PHENOMENAL! Her energy and good vibes are unmatched, and she makes you feel so welcomed and taken care of. Outstanding customer service like hers is the reason I’ll definitely be making this my regular store!

  Store never opens on time really garbage store opens at 11:am and nobody's there till 2 no regards for the customer on a time schedule the employees create they're own hours

  I came to this GNC location in Norcross for the very first time a few weeks ago, and I have to say — Leeah made an amazing first impression. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and positivity that I immediately felt welcomed. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about all of the GNC products and takes the time to really understand what your goals are. Even though I’ve only been coming for a short time, she already remembers me, our conversations, and what I’m working toward. That personal touch means a lot! Leeah’s attitude is always upbeat, whether in person or over the phone. She goes above and beyond — she even helped me carry my purchases to my car when I stocked up on several products. She also recommended the GNC Pro Membership, which has already saved me so much money. What I appreciate most about her is her honesty. She never gatekeeps, gives real and transparent advice about products, and I genuinely trust her opinion. It’s clear she truly cares about her customers and their progress. She didn’t ask for a review, but I felt compelled to leave one because I’ve never left that store dissatisfied. After reading other reviews, I’m not surprised that so many people have had great experiences with her too. Leeah is truly a gem — GNC is lucky to have her!
