  I made an appointment online, checked in through a text link, and walked straight into an exam room when I arrived. Veronica was waiting for me! She had all of my information ready to go. She got my blood in one poke. She was calm and professional, she did a great job. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

  Believe the comments! They absolutely do have an attitude. I smiled and said hi while being called to take my drug test and I got a straight face back. No hello, no how are you, nothing. The lady that took my sample for my drug test told me I would receive my results within 24 hrs. It has now been 48 hours. Nevertheless, If you don’t care about good customer service then you’ll be okay.

  Truly the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a lab. The lady that took my labs clearly needs therapy for anger issues. She couldn’t get something to work on my labs and her tone was rude and condescending. While giving my urine sample, she moved my persona belongings to bring the next patient in. So I had to go into the room to collect my belongings with a new patient in there. No soap or trash can in the bathroom. No place for urine collection in the bathroom. Their employee only room was open to show boxes scattered all over the floor. Lock boxes had the keys inside of them! I WOULD BE ASHAMED if this were my business.

  I’ve used Quest Diagnostics many times in the past and have generally had acceptable experiences, which is why my most recent visit was so disappointing. The level of service did not meet the standard I’m accustomed to. The staff was rude and inconsiderate, lacking basic professionalism and courtesy. This location did not reflect the level of service I’ve experienced before.
