  The worst of the worst. Paid this practice a lot of money over the years... can't get an appointment. Previous office manager left... I'm sure that was a good move. They currently using visiting physicians to cover patient load. Sounds like great care if you can even be seen. I have a fine relationship with other Piedmont practices... yet here, when you're completely frustrated with their incompetence, they get easily offended and curse you.

  dr simmons was extremely unprofessional and rude. upon walking into my room- hardly even saying hello- he says to me “I see you’ve had a lot of pain prescriptions what’s that about” to which I pulled up my gown and showed him two huge scars on my knees from getting them replaced in the last four months so yes - i’ve gotten my fair share of pain medication. however; this comment made me feel so pathetic and made my fear of hospitals 10x worse. I already have a fear of them not believe me so him basically insinuating that i’m only here for pain meds was really unfortunate. thankfully the nurses have been nothing but kind and validating. maybe just better bed side manner would be nice.

  I must start off with saying that all of the staff that I have encountered have been extremely professional and courteous. I do believe that the doctors that tended to me did a great job initially. However my problem is that the doctors at this location will not leave a string attached to a stent. This simple task causes you to endure mental and physical trauma to retrieve the stent later on. It may not seem much but it was a very big deal to me. And for this reason and for this reason only I will find somewhere else if possible in the future.
