  Dr. Carter and his amazing team have been a part of our family’s well-being for over 20 years. I would highly recommend them. Jennifer is very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of all situations.

  I was extremely impressed with how the provider took time checking my son and explained everything in detail which helped reassure me as well and the front staff was very nice and prompt with getting us seen right away

  Everyone is so happy and joyful! The front staff and nurses are so helpful! Dr. Rice actually listens to your concerns and gives such detailed advice. Truly going to miss her after she retires next year! If you’re looking for a personable and not rushed pediatrician office this is where you need to go!

  Very upset about this… this is not the first time. My children have been patients in this office for a very very long time I am talking probably over more than 8 years. And every time I try to get an appointmentwe are either booked out or they are full that is the response I got today there are no openings whatsoever, and the receptionist didn’t even try to get my son scheduled. So now my son doesn’t have a pediatrician??? So who do my children see now when they get sick. It seems like Urgent care is his pediatrician because when ever something happens I can’t even get an appointment for none of my children it is now very hard. I wonder why this is because my children have been long term existing patients. This is very upsetting because my children should not be seeing urgent care every time. What is the purpose of them having a pediatrician if they can never be seen by the pediatrician. If they are accepting new patients then what happens to the already established patients that need to be seen??? I mean whats going on? This is a big problem for parents that need care for their children.
