Dr.Wurah was fantastic she was kind lighthearted and listened to all my concerns. But in the other hand one of the nurses while doing my pre-checkup after me answering a question truthfully gave me a judgemental look when I addressed my sexual orientation I ignored and kept on with my day besides Dr.Wurah made it up to me with her excellent care.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of responsiveness and care from Dr. Wurah's office. There appears to be no sense of urgency when addressing patient concerns. I currently have a completed pathology report sitting in MyChart for four days -going on five-and no one has contacted me to discuss the results or respond to my other pressing inquiries.
What is even more frustrating is that the default response seems to be directing patients to go to the emergency room. Not all matters warrant an ER visit, especially when a provider could address the concern directly or provide timely guidance. Patients should not be made to feel that their only option is the emergency room simply because the office is unresponsive.
As a certified HR professional, I recognize organizational culture when I see it. This office has created what appears to be a culture where subpar performance and lack of accountability are acceptable. That is deeply concerning in a healthcare setting, where communication, urgency, and patient-centered care should be non-negotiable.
I have never experienced this level of medical care before. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to seek care elsewhere. I have received recommendations for other OBGYN providers outside of Piedmont Newnan and will be transferring my care. I sincerely hope this office takes meaningful steps to improve its patient communication, responsiveness, and overall customer service training for the sake of future patients.
Honestly disappointed with the service here. This is my first pregnancy and just through out the whole time coming here ive been having issues with them. For starters they forgot my personal information during my confirmation visit.. along with any time ive called the receptionist they seem irritated or just don't pick up the phone, let alone they barley call you back.. which is very upsetting if your trying to change appointments, talk to your provider, etc.
The doctors are great but the front desk is terrible and rude she started breathing loud into the phone because the call was breaking up and then when I told her why I needed to make an appointment all she said was mhm I’m going to put you on hold and it’s just the attitudes I’ve experienced the last 3 years making appointments

Waited in the exam room an hour and 20 minutes with no communication from staff as to what was going on. Dr was dismissive to my concerns and did not offer any recommendations for any ways to improve my health.
