  Currently here with my 7 year old after a fall where she possibly broke her nose. They got us into triage quickly, got her x rays done all within an hour. The wait time for results is long, but they are pretty busy. Everyone has been really kind and super caring and sweet to my kiddo. Everytime I’ve been here for myself, I’ve received great care as well.

  Fast, efficient & knowledgeable staff. Doctors sat down with the family explaining easy to understand details. Entire staff was very accommodating and attentive. Veteran Friendly. Excellent location. Family member had a room with a beautiful view, thx

  I incurred a split lip. Totally through the lip and up toward the nose. I had a quick triage since the ER was empty. Yet I was placed in the hallway with a curtain as my barrier, a chair and a linen trash basket as my table though empty rooms line the other wall. When I mentioned this might not be the best place for stitches because of the location and lighting he said that's where I was going to be and threw a sterile suture kit in the dirty linen/my table and left. The PA/NP came and agreed she didn't want to place my stitches out in the hall and no light so I got a room. She did fine maybe miss one or two. Requested me to have a tetanus shot which I did. What she forgot was to prescribe me antibiotics for a mouth is dirty so now I have an infection and cant have a revision for a month and will have much more scarring to the area which stinks. Think twice before stopping at this ER and maybe go in up the interstate. Lesson learned. I DID REACH OUT AS REQUESTED BY THE HOSPITAL. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME.

  Stay away! Keep your loved ones away! Not going into the details but this place is a complete joke! It’s such a shame we don’t have better healthcare options for ourselves and our loved ones!

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at Piedmont Emergency Room. The nurses were clearly overwhelmed and, unfortunately, they were also rude whenever I tried to reach them. To make matters worse, patients were being treated out in the waiting room there was no privacy, no rooms available. I even saw people passing out right in front of me, and the floors were really dirty. I would not recommend this ER to anyone.
