Too congested and the equipment needs to be updated....especially paying those yearly fees at the beginning of every year....
I would strongly caution anyone considering signing up for OneLife Fitness. I canceled my membership nearly a year ago, yet they continued charging me for 10 months without my knowledge because someone on their end “froze” the account instead of cancelling. That’s not just an inconvenience—it’s unacceptable.
Trying to resolve the issue is frustrating and time-consuming, with little accountability or urgency on their part. A company that continues billing after cancellation either has deeply flawed systems or questionable business practices—neither is something you want tied to your bank account.
Before signing up, ask yourself: if something goes wrong, will they make it right? Based on my experience, I wouldn’t count on it.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are plenty of gyms that treat their members with more transparency and respect.
I had a great experience signing up at Onelife Fitness. Hannah assisted me through the entire process, and she made everything smooth and straightforward. The whole signup took about 10 minutes, and she explained everything clearly without any pressure.
I really appreciated how quick and efficient the process was—Hannah was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. If you’re looking to join, I definitely recommend working with her to get started.

Joining a Gym was a new experience for my family and I back in January. Since then, I have achieved 54 workouts and have enjoyed the Newnan facility! Sherri is a superstar and was helpful in getting my wife and kids signed up. We now go to the Gym as a family and love it!

I want to start by saying that the staff at this location are always polite and professional, and they do everything they can to make visits pleasant. My concerns are with corporate management, not the local team.
I have tried several corporate contact numbers, but they are often disconnected or go to voicemail. Since I could not reach anyone at the corporate level to speak about these issues in private, I feel my only option is to share my experience publicly.
I have been a member at multiple Onelife locations for many years. The facilities have consistently been clean and well maintained, which is understandable given the number of members. The Newnan location used to be my favorite, but recent corporate decisions have significantly affected my experience.
The closure of the Newnan Express location has caused the main location to become overcrowded. A workout that previously took an hour or less now often takes two or three depending on the time of day, and the cleaning staff are unable to keep up. Bathrooms are frequently unstocked and unclean, and maintenance issues extend to the weight areas as well. I have observed personal hygiene products and traces of blood on the floor around some weight machines. Upon observing the machine near where the blood was found , I noticed the handles have sharp edges because the protective grips are falling apart. Several members have even had to clean the bathrooms and weight area themselves to make the space acceptable.
Additionally, recent yearly upkeep fees appear to be allocated toward free weights, while many machines remain broken or potentially unsafe. The hydro beds are frequently out of service, and equipment that is seldom used has been added instead of replacing the machines most members rely on.
I have spoken with other members to ensure my observations are shared by others, and many agree, though some do not feel comfortable speaking up. When essential equipment remains broken and basic facilities are unkept, members are left to manage cleanliness themselves or find a new gym. This raises questions about the allocation of maintenance fees and priorities.
I hope corporate takes these concerns seriously and addresses these ongoing issues, as they significantly affect member experience.
