Because of their mistake, my membership stayed active and I was still charged for November. I was repeatedly told the manager would call me back and never heard from her, I only reached the assistant manager because I kept calling. After multiple conflicting answers from different staff, the assistant manager finally initiated an “immediate cancellation” of my membership, but they still refused to refund the month I was wrongly charged. I just let it be at this point but if I wasn’t constantly calling, my membership would’ve still been active and charged for December as well. Very unprofessional experience.
