  I love one life express because no matter what time you go, the gym isnt packed and youre able to get a full workout without having to pause to wait for someone to get off a machine. The staff is super friendly and kind. But the reason im giving it 2 stars is because of the ROACH infestation in the locker rooms/bathrooms/sauna. I mean its really bad and not to mention theyre the small roaches so you know its a problem. My biggest worry is transporting one home in a bag that i leave in my locker during workouts. This is something that needs to be addressed ASAP.

  This is one of my favorite gyms. It’s a small gym but has all the equipment you could want and multiples of them. The staff is friendly and I never see anything broken. When I first two times I went I had a small issue. The first time sauna was covered in trash and the second the weights were scattered everywhere. That’s weird for a Onelife because they staff usually keeps it extremely clean. Every since then it has been the perfect gym. I couldn’t ask for much more for a gym.
