I arrived at the pharmacy at 12:35, the girl who served me was rude, unfriendly, and had a very bad attitude. After answering all her questions, she said, "YOU KNOW THE PRICE OF THE MEDICINE IS $1,100, RIGHT?" I said, "NO, they were told it wouldn't be more than $20." She said, "WHO TOLD YOU THAT?" I said, "The doctor." Then she asked if I had health insurance, and I said NO. Then she said, "IT WILL BE $30," I gave her a coupon the doctor had given us so it would cost $20. She said, "IT'S STILL $30." Her name is Kristin The problem here is that she had a terrible attitude, and when I asked what time the medicine would be ready, she said, "SOMETIME BEFORE ONE O'CLOCK." It was 12:38 at that moment, so I decided to buy a few things at Kroger and came back at 1:00, only to find that the pharmacy was closed because THEY WERE ON BREAK. 🙄 she never mentioned to come back before 1 PM because the pharmacy closes when they take their break. The good thing about all of this is that an employee named Katie was very sweet and attentive and tried to resolve the problem, even though the pharmacy's issues are apparently separate from the store itself.
