im trying to reach Doctors office since 3 pm and in the end around 6.12 pm someone picks up a call and tell me that doctor will be available morning 9 am and hung up. First try and listen to the person on the other side. im a person who is trying to reach must be in some trouble related to eye. come on for god sake, that means the phone is only there for retails. im a patient for Dr Candace, if she is not there in the office that means nobody will answer anything. This is what a service means.

Unfortunately I will NEVER return to Lenscrafters in morrow,ga .I say Unfortunately because my original sales person James was very nice and very professional. I decided to stop by to see If my glasses where ready for pickup because I hadn't heard anything. They had been ready for several days. Which I didn't realize. I called prior to today and was told they didn't have time to check. Well they were and I asked a young black lady thin with brown colored long hair and several crystal necklaces I didn't get her name because her hair was covering her name. She was very rude, defensive. To make a worthless story shorter she was frustrating another customer for something very simple also this customer asked for James. Unfortunately he wasn't working that day. But as for me I will never return it's always 1 bad apple that destroy the bunch.

I was a first time Lens Crafter's customer and I had a great experience at the 1363 Mount Zion road location. The Doctor and staff were professional, kind and welcoming and I will definitely recommend this location to family and friends. I also appreciate the fact that the selection of glasses were stylish and reasonably priced! Also, I can't forget the sweet young lady, who helped me get fitted for my glasses, I believe her name was Julia, she was so patient, sweet, kind and professional, making my first time experience very comfortable, I really appreciate her. I'm sending her yellow butterflies (she knows what that means). I purchased three pairs of glasses and will be back to purchase another pair in the near future from this location. Thank you for a great experience!

Had my eye exam done, no problem, ordered my glasses, paid whatever the copay was for the frames I wanted no problem, I was told they would be ready in 10 days no problem, 11th day no call so I called, young lady told me glasses were not there, called back a few days later , young man told me glasses are here, came into store no glasses, called a few days later to be told yes your glasses are here let me double check ( placed on hold) young lady came back and said yes I see your glasses they just need to be checked by the doctor we should be calling you the following Monday because the doctor will not be able to checked over the weekend and then you should be able to come get your glasses well low and behold following Monday. I call to make sure that they’re ready just to be told no your glasses were never here. They’re not here we don’t have them and I don’t know why anyone said they are, all the back-and-forth all the false information I decided to once again drive to the location spoke with a young man named James on the phone before I got there. He explained to me that I would need to have the glasses re-ordered went in. Got with James. James said I’m gonna re-order these glasses for you we do apologize we’re gonna give you $100 off whatever no big deal hundred dollars really for all my inconvenience. AnyWho I wasn’t looking for anything free just looking for you all to stop lying and telling me they’re ready when they’re not, two days later, the young man named Sam called me said he came across my account said he’s the manager. and was trying to figure out what was going on with My Account. I explained to him the back-and-forth being told the glasses are ready. They’re there they’re not there back-and-forth back-and-forth back-and-forth, AnyWho still waited the 10 days no one called so I decided to call spoke to a rude young lady, even though I asked for a manager that same manager Sam but AnyWho spoke to a rude young lady. Got off the phone with her about 15 minutes later Sam the manager indeed did call me back after I left a message and said oh no I’m calling to let you know your glasses are here and they’re ready mind you I had already called And this was at the top of the afternoon about 2 PM. I called because I had heard from no one, AnyWho he said I was calling just to let you know your glasses are ready and to return your phone call. Went there around 4 PM 430 glasses weren’t charged so While the same manager, Sam was trying to set up my glasses for me. He was also charging the glasses mind you, you all knew I was coming. The glasses should’ve been charged so that it could’ve been set up no biggie neither here or there moral of the story. Will I ever be coming back probably not Very unhappy with the communication hate for a grown adult to lie just to lie the back-and-forth. It’s there it’s not there. It’s here. I see it. It’s not here was crazy for me Sam. Thank you very much for communicating. Well not really communicating but thank you very much for apologizing. Now I have my glasses I won’t be coming back. I’m not satisfied. I’m unhappy with the service I received from this location in Morrow, Georgia, very unhappy with the service. Luckily my daughter was gonna go here and I told her not to because of the situation of this craziness. I definitely will not now or ever recommend this location. I am not happy And as for the other manager, a young lady, I don’t remember her name or she didn’t give her name you definitely need to learn to be more empathetic, especially when people are spending their own money. I didn’t ask you to pay for anything for me. I have insurance that I pay for and I had no problem paying what I needed to pay for the frames I wanted for the glasses I wanted. Thank you James for trying, thank you Sam for trying. As for the others I had the displeasure of dealing with hopefully you all received customer service training so in the future this won’t happen. 👎🏾✌🏽
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
