I went to LensCrafters initially just to get a copy of my prescription so I could order glasses online, since the specific pair I wanted wasn’t sold in-store. What ended up happening was such a positive experience that I felt compelled to leave this review.
James, the technician who helped me last year, recognized me right away (we even share the same birthday—Leo season! 😊). He went above and beyond by encouraging me to see if I could get a last-minute appointment so I could use my 2026 benefits, and thanks to his suggestion, everything worked out perfectly.
James also assisted me again with selecting frames, and I truly can’t say enough about his patience, warmth, and professionalism. I value his opinion so much that I let him choose my glasses for me last year—and did the same this year. He took his time helping me decide on shapes, kept cost efficiency in mind, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.
He provides exceptional customer service and genuinely cares about his patients. I hope LensCrafters recognizes James for the amazing experience he consistently provides. He is truly a gem.

Had to come in for a replacement. 1 hour before closing and it seemed many clients came at the same time. I feared I was going to be here a long time... Ms. Monica greeted EVERY client that came in and ensured that all clients including myself were handled with care and got what we were looking for. Exceptional customer service Ms Monica. Thank you for making this a easy process and I look forward to my new METAs!

Monica was great. Our daughter is headed to London to march with her band in the London New Year’s Day parade and she broke her glasses that didn’t come from Lens Crafters. Well our daughters lenses were not available in store and she helped find a frame that fit her old lenses just days away from leaving. Now she can go to London with a fresh new frame. We’ll be back once we return and get a new pair for our daughter. Thanks again Monica. You’re the best. 🤎

What can I say about Mr. James!!! Absolutely top-tier service. From the moment I walked in, the experience was seamless—no wait time, no confusion, just efficient, high-quality care. James was proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I was taken care of. I had my frames selected before my exam even started.
The front-end experience was just as strong. Tabitha was fantastic—professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. She made sure my contacts were a perfect fit and explained everything clearly.
The entire team created a welcoming, customer-first environment. I felt comfortable, valued, and confident in my choices. And yes—I even walked out with a pair of sunglasses 🕶️.
When you come here, ask for James. He takes his time, does it right, and makes you feel at home. Highly recommend!!!! Ps. The Eye Dr. he was nice!!!!!! Thank you everyone!!! Happy Holidays

I’ll honestly say I’m highly disappointed with my experience as a new customer. I set an appointment online and confirmed for this location at a particular date. I drove 30 minutes to the location only to find out that the morning appointments were canceled because of an emergency with the physician. Emergencies are understandable but they also noted that there were text messages and/or phone calls sent to those that had appointments during the affected time periods. I received neither a text nor call/message. The inconvenience and integrity displayed as a first time customer has caused them to lose my business, honestly. I returned to my previous local office that I have been a member of for over 5 years without any issues. I’m honestly not sure about this location.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
