I decided to try the new Ray Ban Metas and was in and out with ease, got notified they came in and pick up was quick and easy.. for some reason within 30 days glasses malfunctioned...no fault of the company. I got in contact with Shakira and advised her what was going on and she jumped right on it contacting whoever she needed to. Within one week situation was resolved. Her customer service was A-1 Top tier she called back when she said she would and all. Also shout out to store manager as well I believe Erica. Thanks once again and look forward to more business

My son was with us and they were very accommodating. Got our glasses picked up BEFORE 2 weeks had passed. Love them so far. Taking my gdads home to see how he feels. UPDATE 10/27/25: Grandfather loves his glasses. Fit fine, no issues, no adjustment needed. When the glasses are a grand fit from the "try them on to see what you think" w/o needing to have them adjusted. Thumbs up WITH the STAR above. Mine: Love My Glasses. I have the glare & scratch proof protections. I was ALMOST shocked how good they feel & visual from the lens. I love them. For now.... Weee'ssss love this location, staff, & doc. I recommend coming to this location. When I say "super✨️ clean"🧽🧹🧼✨️ .... Its an understatement. Thank you 🙏all for grand service for the fam.
