Office: TG4460 – Dr. Peter J. Moresi
Address: 13055 Highway 9, Milton, GA 30004
Appointment Reference #: 199691606
Appointment Time: 12:40 PM, Today
I had an appointment scheduled for 12:40 PM at this Target Optical office and received two confirmation emails and a phone call confirming it. When I arrived at 12:35 PM, the front desk staff were extremely rude and unprofessional.
The first receptionist called me by another person’s name. I corrected her and provided my full name, but she called me by yet another name. When I corrected her again, she said, “I know — but your appointment is canceled.” I was shocked.
When I asked who canceled it, she said she didn’t know. After quietly speaking with another receptionist, she returned and said the second woman had called my number and that “a woman answered and canceled the appointment.”
I asked for the number they called, and she read out my correct phone number. I told her I had my phone with me the entire time and no call came in from their office. When I asked for the time of the supposed call, she said she didn’t remember and told me to “trust” her.
When I pointed out that her story didn’t make sense and suggested checking the call logs or audit trail, she became defensive and spoke to me in a condescending tone, saying again, “You don’t trust me?” I said I couldn’t because I had proof that no call was received.
She then claimed she was trying to get me seen by the doctor, but later came back saying, “We can’t see you today.” The entire exchange was rude, dismissive, and unacceptable customer service.
I left the office feeling disrespected and disappointed. I will never return to this location, and my family will no longer visit this doctor. I strongly do not recommend this office — save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere for professional and respectful care.

The Dr. was great. A quick note, they do not submit medical claims at this location, so be prepared to make a cash payment if you are seeing the Dr. for a medically related issue, and not a regular eye exam. The office staff should communicate to the Dr. as well. I explained the pain in my eye, etc. on the ppw online, and again over the phone, and when I saw the Dr. she had no idea what I was there for, and wanted to proceed with a regular exam. The office visit was $70, and she wrote me an Rx for my sty and gave me some otc suggestions. They were all friendly. Over all great location, and if my regular eye Dr. happens to be out of town again, when I need help, I will definitely see her again.

Ms. Christin at the store has very poor customer service training and product knowledge of frames / lenses available at store. Strongly recommend not to get her to serve you.
