They use some kind of system that is controlled through a tablet with a doctor and the system wouldn’t even work so I don’t see how they got my correct prescription by the way they didn’t but got my glasses they put me in the wrong size glasses and then weeks later I realized it was not even like helping me. My vision wasn’t no better so I went to my eye doctor got my exam done and my prescription was off. My bifocals was the same as the prescription so what was the point of even having bifocals so got the prescription went back to Pearle vision and told them to fix my glasses and put me in a smaller size glasses. That was the same size and the girl caught an attitude with me and just by far the worst service I’ve ever had that worst experience I’ve ever had with glasses now it’s been 2 1/2 weeks haven’t heard from them every time I call it rings and rings and I have to call and call and call back-and-forth in order to get somebody to answer. They don’t update you at all apparently and my glasses should be done. I called today. Nobody’s answering so after this, I will never ever be going back to Pearle vision ever again and also you would think the manager would reach out and she hasn’t.
