  Natalie was the provider who treated my daughter tonight at the after hours clinic, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very pleasant, thorough, and took the time to address every concern we had without making us feel rushed. Even though they were closing in 30 minutes, she still gave us her full attention and never made us feel hurried. She explained everything clearly and made both of us feel comfortable during the visit. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. I’m very grateful for the care she provided; highly recommend!

  When I tell y’all this place is a blessing!! So attentive, so accepting and determined to figure out what’s going on with your little one. They were so patient with me, I am from another state and my insurance was not accepted. They walked me through any charge, every possible charge and let me know all I needed to know before paying. I almost cried after having our appointment. I felt like me and my 5mo were heard and cared for. 12/10⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean facility. Front desk staff were such sweet ladies!! The nurse was so kind and our nurse practitioner Cassandra was amazing!! I wish I could have her as my boys’ doctor back home. 10000% recommend this place. If we are in the area again and one of my babies aren’t feeling welll, we will not go anywhere else!! Thank you Primary Ped😭❤️

  Everyone we interacted with was so kind, polite and efficient. We went on a Sunday afternoon and literally were the only ones in the waiting room. In and out in less than an hour. Nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend! Gives me peace of mind to know there's somewhere I can go after hours!

  So thankful to have an after hours option for my kids. Service is always amazing and quick! Kind staff and clean office. I recommend them to all of my friends!
