  This facility is extremely slow. The last three times I have visited this place as a walk-in (no other patients present in the waiting area or in back exam areas), I have had to wait well over thirty minutes in the lobby/waiting area and then thirty plus minutes in the exam room. Today, March 30, 2026, I arrived at 8:04 am. I was the only patient in the building. If “quite quitting” is still a thing, I believe it is happening here at this urgent care provider. Not all of the staff, but some-particularly the licensed medical staff, are quite rude and have no bed-side manners. On a positive note, the front desk/front counter/reception staff is pleasant and nice. However, the back office staff get more rude & disconnected as you proceed through the medical examination process. Once we leave the facility this morning, I will search out another urgent care facility that I can have access to. My dollar is my vote and next time I need medical attention, I vote “No” to Peachtree Immediate Care located at 4837 Bill Gardner Parkway, Locust Grove, GA 30248

  My caregiver was punctual, thorough and very professional. I got all my questions answered without feeling rushed. My prescriptions were called in timely, as well. It was, overall, a pleasant experience for a medical visit.

  My NP wasted no time to see me. She was professional caring and thorough. I prefer the care I received here rather than urgent care. As a matter of fact there's a urgent care much closer to home and I chose quick care reliable and intimate service. Thanks to your amazing NP.

  My caregiver Trinity was friendly and efficient. She listened to my complaints, diagnosed my problem and prescribed medication to help me. Would definitely use this service again in the future.
