Looking at others reviews I'm not the only one feeling this way. I no longer feel the small town feel of the employees at least knowing your face.As the old staff left so did the great customer service they were known for. So many times I run in to we have to order your meds in or its going to be 2-6 hours not just 30 min to fill your prescription. I left another big box retailer for Kroger years ago Ill now be on the hunt for somwehere else. Enough is enough.
