  Was referred here by a friend for a few products but the service was so horrible i decided not to buy anything. The man behind the counter was so in to his phone that he didn't want to help me find anything i was looking for. His one word answers were very dismissive. Sad part is they had both items that I was looking for but why would i purchase from a store that didn't value my service. Sadly I didn't get his name but he was a younger white guy. I have another one that's close to me that I will go get these products from.

  I called GNC to get information about their weight gain products. Spoke to a salesperson that spoke rapidly about products, did not answer any questions that I needed answer to help me understand their products, placed me on hold for a customer she said was in front of her, never came back to the phone and the call was dropped. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Forget GNC I purchased from CB-1 weight gainer

  I called to ask a simple question but I was put on hold as the employee fraternized with guests and asked each customer where they lived and worked out... let's just say I won't be visiting this store any more
