  I’ve been training with Jackson for over 15 years and he continues to do an outstanding job. The workouts are always well thought out, effective, and tailored to my needs and goals. His knowledge, professionalism, and consistency truly set him apart. What I appreciate most is the long-term focus on strength, health, and injury prevention, not just quick results. After all these years, I’m still challenged, motivated, and seeing progress. I highly recommend Jackson to anyone looking for a trainer who genuinely cares and delivers results.

  Small private training style gym. Owner is currently the sole trainer. Good space with most equipment you need to spend an hour. Kinda small so group training 3+ people can get crowded in the gym, however there is a studio adjacent for larger boot camp style groups. Trainer does a good job of mixing up workouts and will also assist will meal planning and coaching. As with any gym, your results depend on your effort and discipline. Trainer will help with accountability but you have to be accepting of tough feedback sometimes.

  I loved the diamond program! Jackson was always there to push us and make us better in every aspect! I highly recommend for men and women who are to look to push themselves to be their best!

  I was referred to Jackson by a friend that he has been a personal trainer for over the last 6 years. I was not disappointed. I wanted to built up some strength/ endurance due to having a partial working lung. Mr. Jackson was able to not only help me by tailoring a great workout for me but it gave me the confidence to do more.His energy is inspiring! I went to him for help in one area and gained so much knowledge and a healthier lifestyle in the process. From teaching me to meal prep properly and helping/encouraging me to reach new goals.I would highly recommend Jackson.
