  My children have been seeing Dr. Utermark and her staff for braces for years! We have always had great treatment and perfect results. She and her staff, both in the front office and in the treatment area, have kind, thoughtful, and caring attitudes which adds so much pleasure to the wonderful completed smile they helped my children achieve. Highly recommend!

  Dr. Utermark is absolutely incredible. She is extremely informative and takes the time to make sure parents truly understand the process and how to best support their kids throughout treatment. I especially appreciate how she ensures her staff educates families on what to expect and how to help their children be successful while wearing braces. Every single team member is kind, patient, and always open to questions. They don’t just treat patients. They support families. The recommendations they provide are practical, helpful, and clearly focused on long-term success. We have had and continue to still have such a fantastic experience here, and I truly can’t rave about them enough. Highly recommend!

  If I could give her a negative star I would. If you have little children with high anxiety this is absolutely not your go to! They Took my kids to get x-rays told me to wait there that they would be back the next thing I know the doctor called me into her office asking me if my seven year-old has a behavior problem so after I find out they’re actually in the chairs working on them or trying to while I’m in the waiting room after I was adamant about going to the x-rays with them, but they assured me they be right back so my response was why is she even in here without me? correcting my child when I’m not even here?? And mind you this is a stranger! My child has never met this woman Why are you giving her a traumatic experience? when she’s already scared this was the absolute worst experience I’ve had with the dentist office and my kids absolutely do not recommend.

  Dr. Utermark did our daughter's phase 1 braces. She did such a great job getting her teeth aligned and ready for phase 2 braces when we move to Cleveland later this month. She is professional and sweet. Her staff is so friendly and helpful as well. We will miss them all greatly!
