Shanice was absolutely amazing walking me through my options. She was calm, knowledgeable, and overall just warm and approached everything with a bright smile. She guided me through the process in which I purchased new frames that will allow me to pop the old lens in and get me through my travels and set me up with my new prescription and glasses which will come in a couple weeks. I cannot speak highly enough about her and the CX that she provided. I really wish all customer experiences could be just like the one she provided. Kudo's to her an Warby Parker for finding great talent and excellent training on their products and services!
