  My wife and I got referred threw her OGBYN. My wife called in a week ago spoke to some one asked about insurance GAVE THEM OUR INSURANCE, set a date and time. We walk in lady at the front is asking for $300 for a consultation saying our insurance is not in network. Okay I understand insurance is insurance I get that BUT $300 to talk for 15 to 30 minutes is just crazy to me I get it it’s business. What really frustrates me to my core is the emotional toll this takes on my spouse we drove 2 hours called off work etc she is excited that we may have an answer to out TTC journey or at least a starting point and then something that could of been checked day one makes us turn around

  My husband and I had a wonderful experience with RBA. Our prayers for a baby have been answered through IVF and the help of Dr. Best and her team. Dr. Best is very kind, understanding, personable, and professional. She thoroughly explained the steps we would take through the process, and set the best course for us to be successful. The nurses, plebotomists, US techs, and other office staff were always quick to answer any questions and provide support. The instructions for the medications, testing, and procedures were easy to follow. Dr. Slayden, who also played a big part in our journey, was very kind and professional, as well. We would absolutely go to RBA again, and recommend it to anyone struggling with infertility.

  Words can hardly capture the gratitude and admiration we feel for Dr. Lewis, her incredible assistant Jennifer, and the entire team at RBA. From the very first consultation, we knew we were in the right hands, not just because of their exceptional medical expertise, but because of their heart. Dr. Lewis embodies compassion, knowledge, and dedication. She listens deeply, explains everything clearly, and never makes you feel like just another patient, she makes you feel like family. Jennifer is equally amazing, always prompt, kind, and incredibly thoughtful, often responding after hours to make sure we had the reassurance and clarity we needed. That kind of commitment is rare, and it speaks volumes about how much they truly care. Through every step of our journey, RBA made us feel supported, understood, and hopeful. They celebrated every milestone with us and provided strength in the moments we needed it most. Thanks to their care and expertise, we now have the joy and hope we had long been dreaming of. We cannot recommend RBA and Dr. Lewis enough for anyone seeking compassionate, expert reproductive care. They don’t just help create families; they become a part of yours.

  Estoy desanimada llame para tomar la cita de mis exámenes hice lo indicado y ahora me dicen que tengo que esperarme para el siguiente mes, y si en el siguiente pasa lo mismo, cuánto voy a esperar para poder cumplir mi sueño? Esto no me gusta y ver las puntuaciones creo que no seguiré

  Following a referral from my ob-gyn for recurring miscarriages, I attended a complimentary virtual consultation with an assistant who thoroughly outlined the testing process. When scheduling the appointment, I queried the estimated copayment but was advised that it was uncertain. Upon arrival for the HSG exam, I was notified that the copayment would be $495 (a surprisingly high amount considering my insurance coverage) I declined the test and elected to undergo it through my ob-gyn, where the total cost was $190, inclusive of anesthesia.(ProNox NitrousOxide)
