  very inconsiderate and uninterested in patients. lock door before closing time. Going to different one due to dissatisfaction

  We had an appointment made over a month in advance and were turned away immediately at this location. They were now only serving people from "downstairs", not taking appointments, and we were directed away to a completely different quest location. Unfortunately that also meant we had to now wait a VERY long time now as a no-appointment / walk in patient at this new quest....which defeated the whole point of setting an appointment in the first place. How would this have worked if we were only on a work lunch break or some other time restraint? Very disappointed that no one reached out in the weeks prior to our appointment date.

  No parking was available when I came for my appointment, and they do not have overflow parking. I wasted my time coming here. Use LabCorp not Quest for your lab needs.
