I came in to Lens Crafters for an adjustment on a couple of frames eyeglass frames. David took care of me and did everything he could to make sure I left happy. And I did! Thank you

Absolutely unacceptable experience with LensCrafters. They gave me the wrong prescription in my glasses, and I wore them for months without knowing. At my next exam, the doctor confirmed my vision hadn’t changed—meaning the error came directly from LensCrafters. Instead of taking full responsibility, the manager tried to charge me $255 (even after a “discount”) to fix THEIR mistake. Mind you, I had already spent thousands on two pairs of glasses and contacts. Charging a customer to correct your own error is bad business. This was careless, frustrating, and completely unprofessional. Mind you I thought this was the right prescription but according to he associate I was able to see out the glasses but if I had the correct prescription I could see better.

This lens crafters is extremely unprofessional and very un-accommodating for their own technical issues. After telling me they would fit me even though they could have rescheduled me. Decided to waste another 20 mins of my time for the doctor to not see me. This after I tried calling them to make an eye exam prior. They didn’t even answer the phone and made me use their online service which doesn’t even work properly. I am not some new lens crafters customer either. I have made thousands of dollars of purchases for the last 15+ years. The type of customer service I received here will be my last visit or money spent with this company. Theirs online companies that would love to have my money. I use them for convenience but they aren’t convenient nor friendly.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
