- JMJoanna MJun 11, 20251.0Absolutely Soo rude the pharmacist her name starts with a M she is horrible my son had surgery and needed a certain type of medicine and she began to lecture me about how he has been and meds for a long time he has had multiple surgeries she processed to basically down grade me in front of other customers said that I went to another pharmacy the only reason I had to use Kroger is because the other pharmacy didn't have the medicine he needed and he needed it that day I am a registered nurse I know medicine of that class isn't good for kids but this time he really needed it she made me feel horrible she really is a very rude mean spirited person who shouldnt be there I will no longer have Kroger fill my regular meds people should really think if they want her to fill their meds as well because she can be just as rude very disappointed
