  I love this Target Optical location, when I go in I know the people and they know me. They have excellent Customer Service. No wait time.

  Amazing experience every year. They’ve always verified my insurance coverage before I get there, helped me pick out frames. Contacts and glasses are usually ready very quickly. Always great working with them.

  My initial exam experience was great. The staff was very friendly, and everything felt smooth and welcoming. In addition to my annual exam, I wanted to get fitted for colored contacts. They allowed me to try two different colors in the office, which I really appreciated. I ended up ordering a set that Emike (I apologize if I’m misspelling her name) said looked great on me. However, when I got home and saw them in natural daylight, I realized I didn’t like how they looked at all. I called the same day to cancel the order. I was told the order couldn’t be canceled, but that I could return the unopened box once it was delivered. That seemed fair and I was completely fine with that. About a week later (yesterday, 2/11), I received the package and brought it back to the office. The two gentlemen there were very helpful and processed my refund without any issues. Today, Emike called and told me I couldn’t return the box until I returned the trial contacts I had used in the office. This confused me, as those lenses had already been used and discarded. I told her this but she continued to argue. Plus, I had also already returned the unopened box and received my refund. The conversation was tense and ended abruptly, as she hung up on me. It was a strange and disappointing interaction, especially after such a positive initial experience.
