I brought my 83-year-old mother in this morning while she was visiting from out of town, and from the moment we walked in, we were treated with exceptional care. Jennifer greeted us warmly and immediately made us feel comfortable—she clearly understands how to work thoughtfully with elderly customers. Peter conducted my mother’s hearing test with remarkable kindness and patience, taking the time to explain every step and ensure she understood the results. Their professionalism and genuine compassion made a lasting impression. We will be making this our primary location and cannot say enough about the wonderful experience and the gift of hearing they’ve given my mother.

Peter is very focused about providing the world-class service and helping his patients regain their hearing. His advice is practical, based on science and common sense. It's not an exaggeration to say they both go above and beyond. During a short wait in their lobby, I witnessed several other patients come and go. ALL seemed quite happy to be stopping by. All were treated with kindness and professionalism. All were seen promptly. They epitomize a world-class bedside manner that is becoming rare in the medical field. Highly recommend. Would give 11 out of 10 stars 'cause 11 is louder than 10. ;-)
