I've been going to this eye doctor for 3 years. The optometrist is extremely busy an hour wait to see the doctor is normal. That's insane. Why accept appointments if you are that backloged. Then the lenscrafters is connected so you can buy glasses from the same location. They are highly unorganized. When you walk in there no clear place to go. You just have to wonder around until someone addresses you or walk right up while they are helping another person. None of which is ideal. I waited 30 minutes after my eye appt and was never even offered help. Terrible service.

Miss Barbara was such a pleasure to work with! She was very professional and helpful! She went above and beyond to help my wife get the perfect glasses and lenses.

By far, worst experience I’ve ever had in an eye doctor in my entire life, extremely incompetent and rude doctor Stefani Patel is awful, go elsewhere for your exam ,extremely unprofessional

Terrible terrible terrible! I walk in stand at front for a few mins none of the workers say a word to me but looked at me. I go sit down and wait for someone to come get me. While I’m waiting 3 other people walk in and get greeted and asked what they needed. I’m still sitting here no one spoke to me and then they start helping the other people that came in after me. You’d think spending thousands of dollars on glasses over the course of a few years you’d atleast be greeted. Not going there again

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
