I wonder why this pharmacy has such a low score I suspect it's strange and grouchy people causing that on some of the occasions. I live only seconds away from this Kroger and I've lived here for the past two decades and I've always gotten wonderful kind thoughtful service from this pharmacy. I suppose when it comes to medications and things going wrong that people are going to take major issue and give bad reviews.

The staff here are nice, but are way too slow. They do not refill or process prescriptions on the daily, moreso weekly. Save yourself a favor and go to the CVS nearby instead.

Pharmacists are the best. They remember me and my medications and always offer good advice. The techs are good. A few of the desk clerks could be a little friendlier.

I use to like coming here but the girl with the braids/gold decor in her hair has the worst attitude and zero customer service skills. Incompetent also “well your script is at another store” … (silence) like OK DO I LOOK LIKE IM THERE ? Transfer it!! she just stands there, doesn’t speak so you have to tell her yea transfer it idk what’s so hard ? Kroger pharmacy customer service always ends up being the worst. I stopped going to Floyd road because the dude had a bad attitude also. Pay for better customer service agents in your stores! The low pay equals low quality workers
