  Usually all the pharmacists here are very kind, and I always have positive, friendly interactions. However, when I went to pick up my prescriptions this morning, my experience was very different. I was first acknowledged by a pharmacist at the computer, who let me know it would be just a minute, which was perfectly fine with me. Then another pharmacist, whose name I believe was Ferguson, came over to assist me. He did not greet me at all. Instead he just stared at me until I greeted him and said I was there to pick up a prescription. He continued to stare, so I gave him my name. He responded with “birthdate” in an irritated tone. When it was time to pay, he pointed at the card reader without saying a word. Throughout the interaction, his facial expressions and body language made it feel like I was inconveniencing him just by being there. This interaction genuinely threw me off and disturbed the positive tone I had set for the morning because it felt so unnecessary and out of character for this pharmacy. I truly appreciate everyone else who works here, they are always warm and helpful and I would have given five stars if it weren’t for this experience. I hope I don’t have to interact with him again, as he seems to be an outlier in an otherwise wonderful team.

  We’ve been using this pharmacy for over 10 years and I can’t say enough good things about the pharmacists and techs. They are always friendly and helpful.
