    This pharmacy routinely tries to charge more than my insurance company says a prescription should cost. They only make adjustment when challenged. If it only happened once, it would be understandable. For it to happen every time there is a new prescription seems very scammy. They are close to me so because of convenience I have given them multiple chances. Happened again today. Suggest customers (and potential customers) watch your wallet.

    First I'm told that they're having a hard time getting the device that I need and then I'm told that they have them in stock but they only have two and they can let me have one until the other ones come in so then I ask them when the other ones will come in. I was told they will DEFINITELY have the rest of them on Monday so I called Monday and they said they only had two other ones. They said they are on back order. I was told to call back on Wednesday to check so I did. When I called back to check I was told that when they sent it over to get them ordered they didn't know that they were only going to get two of them because they were back ordered. So I tried to explain to the lady that I should have been told that and not that they were definitely going to be getting them in because then I could have made a better decision on whether or not to have my prescription transferred to them. When you tell somebody that you're definitely getting something that means that you know 100% for sure that you're getting it, not that you're going to order them and hopefully get them. But instead of taking the feedback and apologizing all she wanted to do was regurgitate the same thing over and over. Horrible horrible customer service.
