What seems to me that Kroger pharmacy culture is the same anywhere you go!. They all seem to operate unprofessionally when interacting with their customers.8/16/2025 My experience is an ongoing problem with Kroger pharmacy . I went to pick my prescription up 2 days after calling it in. When I arrived to pick up the prescription I was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes. Not only was this an inconvenience after calling it in 2 days prior but I traveled 15 minutes to this location to get it! Kroger pharmacy do better!!
- ESErica SokoyaDec 5, 20231.0usually love krogers pharmacy, always easy and convenient. but the individuals working at this location seem less than competent. also have never had a pharmacy answer the phone saying only “hello”. wasn’t even sure if i had the right number. super rude over the phone as well. Big time HIPA violation when you ask for my DOB and you blurt out the first and last name of 3 other people AND their medication EVEN AFTER i told them what my name was. pretty terrible service.
