    There’s a dive-thru and the staff are reasonable. I rarely go inside, but the few times that I have, I received some of the fastest service I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy.

    The worthless people that I ever deal in this pharmacy. Hang up the phone in a meaningful way in my face. Said the medication will be ready at 1:30pm after lunch and it’s 7:30pm still not ready with the excuse of working by her self. Rude and not punctual at all. Very disappointing with a such new pharmacy and a nice neighborhood but a horribly service!!!

    I transferred my prescriptions to this location from Powder Springs Rd. Marietta because of some of the same horrible experiences I'm now experiencing at this location. What seems to me that Kroger pharmacy culture is the same anywhere you go!. They all seem to operate unprofessionally when interacting with their customers.8/16/2025 My experience is an ongoing problem with Kroger pharmacy . I went to pick my prescription up 2 days after calling it in. When I arrived to pick up the prescription I was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes. Not only was this an inconvenience after calling it in 2 days prior but I traveled 15 minutes to this location to get it! Kroger pharmacy do better!!

    Denied my fiancé’s his prescription and the pharmacist refused to help us based on personal reasons claiming we had “beef” with her (her words). He needs this life saving medication for his treatment and she kept laughing at us.
