- DADAME AMAZINGApr 28, 20211.0Most times this location has very good customer service. Actually all times. Until tonight. I went in to purchase my normal 2 boxes of 25 Lean Shakes. I wanted 1 strawberry, 1 vanilla. I went to grab the strawberry and it was in a beat up box and it was already opened. I asked if there was another box I could get. The employee said that was the only one in the store. I said ok... is there a discount for the box being opened? He says no .. "because I can open this box and sell each one separately. " However that's not the way they had it presented. It was displayed as a box that was damaged. AND ALREADY OPEN. I asked if there was anything he could do to make up for it...open package discount maybe? That's how it worked when I was in retail years ago. He coldly did nothing for an obvious issue...I came in to pay full price for an unopened product. This employee was not representative of what I normally experience when coming into GNC.
