Classes are varied and awesome. There are so many to choose from. The best and most important issue from my point of view is how knowledgeable the instructors are. They are not typical trainers that you'd find at a gym. Their knowledge of the physiology of the musculoskeletal system is so important. They educate and balance the training perfectly. They amaze me every class.
