  Working with Paul has been the best investment in my health. After just two months, I’ve lost 3% body fat and increased my strength significantly. I love that every session is different, challenging, and tailored to my specific goals. Paul is very good nutritionist as well. He give me a very good advices how to loose weight. I am looking forward for my next workout with him.

  After months of researching Physical trainers and making no headway, I found Paul Feldman and Body Design Personal Training. Boy, did I luck out. Paul is friendly, knowledgeable, detail oriented, encouraging, patient. All with the intention of getting you the best results in a healthy and injury free environment. The clients are friendly and encouraging making for a relaxed and positive experience.

  I joined Body design about 6 months ago. Paul is an outstanding trainer who pushes you safely while keeping workouts fun and effective. Paul is also very friendly, courteous and professional. I’ve gained strength, improved my form, and stayed consistent thanks to their guidance. Would highly recommend!!!

  Paul is an incredible trainer, who has years of experience coaching people of all ages and fitness levels. He is excellent at knowing when to push the pedal, and when to scale back. He pays attention to your personal growth, and ensures that you never stagnate or regress. I am currently in the best shape of my life, and I am more motivated to continue improving. I am lucky to have Paul in my corner as I continue to chart my fitness journey.

  I am so glad to have chosen Body Design to help me achieve my weight loss and health goals. I had really become out of shape and was nervous to start working out again. Body Design makes me feel capable, strong and most of all healthy! Paul always greets me with a smile and positive attitude. When doing the workouts, he teaches perfect form to prevent any injuries and to gain maximum results. Paul always holds me accountable and pushes me to be my absolute best. The gym is very clean and everyone who works out there is always friendly with good energy. I have already seen so many amazing changes in my body in just one month. I cannot wait to see my future results!
