  Fantastic care. Provider and staff were very effective, professional, and careful. They were able to remove a piece of glass from my foot while minimizing pain. I am very grateful for their quick work!

  This was the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care. I went yesterday 4/8/26. These people were awesome. They seem to have a good check in system. Efficient system when they take you back and start with your vitals. Yoi may wait a few min to go back but it wasn't too bad with an appointment. The ladies at the front desk were awesome. The nurse was awesome and the nurse practitioner was awesome too!! I felt like they spent a few min actually talking to me, I didnt feel rushed. I felt cared for, they were thorough and so nice. I will absolutely use this place again. I can't say enough nice things about this location and its staff.

  Yesterday I went to this location for an ear wax removal. I found a very friendly atmosphere and Dr Pennington had a very kind approach to this situation Also her staff was also very helpful in assisting her. It seems that the wax could not be removed entirely but she suggested how can I continue to irrigate and try to help moving out that stubborn wax. She invited me to return any time if I need more help. Everybody in that office was very helpful and very kind. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs medical assistance. Dr. Pennington you are a super kind person. Thank you .

  My very elderly dad needed a nearby medical appointment for surgical staples removed l and ear care; this place had very good reviews and lots of convenient openings. So happy I found this calm clinic. I was very pleased at how careful and gentle they were him! Very clean place, quiet and convenient in West Cobb. Would go back again if another issue crops up.

  First the slight negative, when I booked my appt in the morning there were a million free slots and when I got there, only one person was ahead of me but we were both waiting for a fairly long time to be seen, not a huge deal but in an “urgent” situation, I might be reluctant to go here based on this first experience. That said, the two front desk reps were so lovely and welcoming (and very patient while I fussed with insurance card confusion) and the NP who took care of my issue (forgive me, drawing a blank on her name) was so friendly and funny, I felt like I was in great hands the entire time I was there. I had a pretty bad laceration on my hand and she and one of the assistants/front desk stars made sure I had my tetanus shot and got bandaged up thoroughly. Great bedside manner from everyone. Thank you for a great visit.
