  DO NOT GO HERE! Predatory Billing Practices! Skimmed and Stored my credit card information without permission! Quoted me a $150 “co -pay” at admission and took my payment. Then billed me an additional $350 one month later, saying insurance did not cover. My services: a flu test, a covid test and a strep test. I received an email saying they would charge my card since it was “already on file”. DO NOT GO HERE!

  This Medical Facility is Top Tier, from check/in to finish, my first impression is everlasting. Dr. Dawson’s front desk was efficient and fast. No long wait and very professional. Her Medical Assistant was kind, courteous, professional, & very thorough. I was highly impressed with her knowledge, and ability to keep me in a good place during a rough time. I mean she did everything from asking important questions to relay to Dr. Dawson, to flawlessly drawing multiple vials of blood, to taking detailed X-Rays…all with a smile and reassuring voice. She totally eased my mind and made me feel well taken care of. She did NOT MISS THE MARK on bedside manners. Very well trained staff. Enter Dr. Dawson with a smile that I could detect even with a mask on! Can I say that I have never felt as good about seeing a doctor than being in her presence. She is extremely knowledgeable and multifaceted…she was ready at each bump and bruise whether it was physical or mental, she handled me like a mother would her newborn baby. She patiently listened to everything I told her and tackled every question fully and efficiently. Her bedside manner gives 5-Stars and RAVE REVIEWS. I cannot say enough about my experience, but I will say…I can’t wait for my next visit because I know I’m in the rights hands. Dr. Dawson Is my new Primary Care Physician and I feel like we will conquer whatever hurdles we come upon…I feel safe in her care, I TRUST her knowledge and advice. Done being afraid of bad results, because I have a Physician that I feel totally comfortable with. P.S. I was there in a Thursday, received professional results from bloodwork on Friday evening, and received a text on Sunday asking how I’m doing. Thank you. Paula Y. Wilkins

  I went in for an annual physical, the staff were very nice and accommodating. Dr. Dawson was courteous and helpful with anything I wanted to know & understand.

  I was a walk-in for a muscle pull in my back and also had the doctor look at my finger which had an unusual bump on it. The doctor was great and thorough. Wait time was uneventful and was seen quickly with great results. My back feels so much better already.
