  I had an exceptional experience with Vision Eye Group. I was diagnosed with keratoconus, and for a while it felt like there wasn’t a clear solution for my vision. But what truly stood out is that they never gave up on me. The entire team went above and beyond consulting with outside providers, exploring every option, and staying committed to finding a solution that would work for me. Dr. Henson, Dr. Jarrad, and Susan were incredibly patient, supportive, and dedicated throughout the entire process. Because of their persistence and care, I’m now able to see clearly again, and that means everything to me. This journey has been draining and difficult, but they helped restore not just my vision, but my confidence and peace of mind. I’m beyond grateful and highly recommend Vision Eye Group to anyone in need of compassionate, determined, and high-quality eye care.

  Everyone from the front desk staff to Dr Simmons provides the highest professionalism. Staff place patients at the forefront of care explaining procedures and making sure they have an opportunity to ask questions. The process from check-in to checkout is timely and seamless. Can’t imagine trusting my eyes to anyone else but the staff at Vision Eye.

  I was seen here through the VA Community Care and at the end of the appointment I was charged 40.00. Then was going to be charged another 130.00 for a contact prescription. I left and went to another optician office and scheduled an appointment that total would only be 85.00. I am also contacting the VA about having to pay out of pocket.

  Check in was easy. There were lots of patients however the process to evaluate my condition was efficient, painless and easy. Staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Malone was also friendly, approachable and stayed on schedule while being focused on my needs. Check out had a small wait but there was a comfortable place to sit. I’d recommend this group and Dr Malone.

  Today I went in for a follow up appointment to see Dr. Simmons and Danielle P. Hands down they are the best. They are very professional and have a great staff. I experience nothing but greatness every time I come to the office. I love it. If you don’t have an eye doctor, I suggest you make an appointment with Dr. Simmons, I guarantee that you will get great service. Danielle is very knowledgeable with the contacts and will assist you awesome service. Schedule your appointment at Vision Eye Group in Macon you won’t be disappointed.
