  Terrible hospital! You will literally die in the emergency room. They do not prioritize emergency

  This place is horrible. I brought my father there because he was having stomach pain and vomiting. Nurse leader Rusty inserted a tube in my father's nose and did it so aggressively that it choked my dad and made fluid come up. He didn't give my dad any instructions on how to position himself or anything just shoved it down his nose with no apology for the discomfort that he caused. I almost lost my religion. I asked him about the procedure before he had started and he gave me smart remark. Like dude, i didnt go to school for nursing. If i have a question about something & ask, then respond professionally and respectfully. Anyway, after he inserted the nasal tube, and we didn't hear from Rusty for the rest of the time we were there. He didn't check up on my dad or anything. We waited on them for 14 HOURS! 14 HOURS for the bare minimum of service. The only person who was nice to us was Ms. MICHELLE. She did his x-ray. I'm very disappointed in this establishment. PIEDMONT should hire better Healthcare providers to work there that don't have attitudes and be aggressive with their patients, TREAT EVERYONE FAIRLY, and need to work on speed of service. No one wants to sit in a room for an entire 12 Hr shift and then the lack of communication amongst each other Is horrible. We had 3 ppl come in and tell us 2 different things. Two nurses (or whatever they were..they didnt even introdu e themselves) stated to admit him for a few days for a procedure (mentioned this before all other options were provided or suggested) & then another one(he said he was a hospital specialist) came in at the last few hours, after looking at x-ray stating that dad can be discharged after results came back good. The staff here just isn't too welcoming or friendly. I hope to never have this experience again from any Healthcare establishment. Thank GOD my dad was able to feel better & go home the same day. I wouldn't want him to stay any longer in the care of these ppl. They don't respect us.

  This hospital was the worst place we was ok had good nurses got to the 3 rd floor no help my night nurse was on point morning nurse and doctor were the worst will never go back to this hospital called me as sick as I was this am about the bill did I not give u my info at the hospital never again oh not to mention I drop my am meds by mistake and the nurse wanted me to take them off the floor if you have a family member there check on them they are nasty as hell
