  The only reason I’m giving five stars is because of Bobby. He was genuine, respectful, and truly looked out for me. Unfortunately, my experience with the rest of the staff was very negative. There was repeated confusion when communicating with my parents, which resulted in me being left without a ride home and having to take a cab. The environment felt extremely restrictive, almost like being in a jail cell. Trent repeatedly used nicknames I was uncomfortable with, even after I clearly asked him to stop. Additionally, I was not allowed to participate in activities I was interested in, such as weight lifting, and was instead placed into activities I did not want to do.

  You can tell that the staff here really cared about their patients. I felt so seen here.

  I have never received this level of care in my life. I am so thankful for the team that helped me. The ER part of behavioral is pretty scary, but the doctors were so kind. Once you get to the Piedmont Behavioral floor they will 100% take great care of you. I am so grateful for the kindness all of the staff showed me in my difficult time and am grateful for the resources given to me. Thank you, Piedmont!
