- HJHarriette JohnsonOct 13, 20222.0Customer service has gone down hill since Hal and Debbie left. I really have no complaints with the staff but wait time is ridiculous. Last week I waited 45 minutes on a prescription that was supposed to have been ready earlier in the afternoon. I was completely out and it wasn't something I could do without. There were several people working behind the counter but only one pharmacist. As usual, over worked and under paid I'm sure. I'm seriously considering moving my business to Publix and if it weren't for the gas points, I would have done it months ago. I'm weighing my options.
