  Not forth coming with info about warranty or return policy ... You have to know all the right questions to receive the correct help ... Do not recommend Miracle Ear ... Stuck with hearing aids that don't work properly.. and yes I went back probably 30 plus times between June 2025 and January 2026 to have adjustments or re-evaluate what my needs are... I didn't have my 2nd pair of hearing aids 2 months before they needed repairing, but I was past my 60 day return window and they refuse to compromise knowing they have been repaired so soon and I have never had proper sound with my hearing aids... Just go somewhere else for your hearing aids

  I took my dad to this location based on the reviews I’ve read. I was pleasantly greeted at the door as the office manager, Amber, held the door for me while I got my dad inside the building. Amber was beyond helpful through all the insurance paperwork and hoops to jump to get his benefits. The hearing docs, Susan and Joesph, were just as helpful as Amber. They were very thorough and pinpointed my dad’s hearing loss perfectly! He now has a set of hearing aids that make his life much better and easier for everyone else to talk to him. I definitely recommend Miracle-Ear in Macon to anyone for hearing needs. And they stand behind their products!

  Great experience! I've dealt with hearing loss for about 10 years, and I've gotten hearing devices from 2 other places and basically got the cold shoulder after I paid. Miracle Ear did the most detailed testing I've ever gotten, explained everything in detail, and have kept up with me ever since. They even call just to check in and see if I'm hearing okay and if I need anything. They treat you like family.

Amber is friendly, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my hearing concerns, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout every step of the process.   The new staff at this location has really turned things around. They had several temps for a while and we weren't having the same great experience we once had. Now, we are getting the above and beyond service that we were used to having before. I think the right people are here now.
