- KMKevin MayAug 11, 20251.0If I could base my rating on the first visit then it probably be a 4 but it went down hill after that. Our insurance was billed incorrectly and they refused to fix it. Costing us $2000 dollars of our benefit making us have to pay full amount for my wife's hearing aids. Even insurance company gave them detail explaination what they did wrong and how to correct it. Sandy would never call us back nor would person from insurance billing return our calls. The district manager pretty told us we are SOL. Never will do business here again.

Her smile and readiness to assure that I was taken care of made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Sharon, the hearing aid specialist, provided me with an awesomely professional and friendly appointment both times. She was very approachable and understanding of my hearing needs and financial status. This is a very good business to consider when choosing hearing aids. Highly recommend!
