  If I could base my rating on the first visit then it probably be a 4 but it went down hill after that. Our insurance was billed incorrectly and they refused to fix it. Costing us $2000 dollars of our benefit making us have to pay full amount for my wife's hearing aids. Even insurance company gave them detail explaination what they did wrong and how to correct it. Sandy would never call us back nor would person from insurance billing return our calls. The district manager pretty told us we are SOL. Never will do business here again.

  Round number two for me, this time for myself. After many, many years of living in denial and with some very convincing discussions from family members. I gave in to reason. I scheduled my hearing test with Miracle Ear. My hearing has caused me a lot of trouble starting as a young child. I couldn't hear my teachers in school, and my grades reflected that. I had tubes put in my ears and was forced to wear custom-made ear plugs for showering and swimming. After my hearing test and trying out a set in their office, I couldn't believe that after all these years, I would be able to hear and understand someone without reading their lips. I just picked up my new ME 5 hearing aids today. Top of the line. Bluetooth capability, which, when paired with your phone, will transfer calls directly into your hearing aids. Well worth the money. What an awesome experience. Listening to some of my favorite music on the way home was very different. I was able to hear new tones and fingers on the guitar changing positions. I truly believe that my hearing aids are going to be a life great life changer for me! If you're in doubt or denial, please take their free hearing test! I was informed and truly believe that I am now part of the Miracle Ear family and will be treated as such!To all of the staff members at Miracle Ear in Macon, GA. I am and will always be forever grateful for returning my ability to enjoy every wonderful sound that God put on this world for us to enjoy! After trying the fast talking TV adds of el chepos! We decided to give Miracle Ear a shot. I know we now have two of the best people in the business to handle my mother's hearing issues, hands down! Excellent greeting as soon as you walk into the door from the office manager Sandy, "Welcome to Miracle Ear! How can we make your day better today? Would you like something to drink, i.e., coffee or water. She walks you through the process of what to expect and is patient enough to wait for your loved one or to provide the necessary information to proceed! After all the preliminaries are completed, you are welcomed by Sharon, the hearing audio specialist. Man, what a treat! This duo is fantastic! Took care of all of my mom's needs and had great patience with us! You are awesome. Keep up the wonderful work! Their follow-up and after care are wonderful as well!
