The lenses in his glasses are damaged and his benefits don’t renew for several months so he wanted to get inexpensive lenses put in the glasses to get by until then. The copy of the prescription had the original date on it, not the date the prescription was corrected. The original (incorrect) prescription date makes the current prescription expired. The Dr refused to change the date to the corrected prescription date. He wants to do a new exam! Needless to say they lost TWO clients today!
