I'm handicapped and have difficulty walking through the store. The staff with few exceptions are not properly trained in good customer service.
- LALeighton AkinsNov 12, 20191.0My wife and I have consistently experienced problems with the Kroger Pharmacy on Tom Hill Sr. Blvd. Problems have included (but are not limited to) wrong number of pills in a two-a-day prescription, arguing about accuracy of said pill count, not sending refill requests to doctors when requested, and discarding scripts when they've come in from doctor. The problems I have listed have not just been one time scenarios; rather, each of these problems have happened multiple times. After much frustration, my wife and I have decided to use a different pharmacy.
