  Horrible customer service. I put in a prescription a week ago here at the Presidential Pkwy location and it still didn't get filled. Today is 1-24-26 I put the prescription in around 1-16-26, I will never get any medicine from them again. There is no excuse for my medicine not to be ready after waiting a week!!

  Horrible pharmacy services. They took forever then claimed they never got the prescription. The dentist had closed then they claim it was missing a number. It was one thing after another. They dont answer the phones either. SMH

  So I called the pharmacy to get my sons medicine filled that the doctor called in. They told me they would have to order it and it would be there the next day. So I called the next day and asked was it ready they said yes it would be ready to pick up..so I drive across town to get his meds in the drive thru. So the lady tells me they havent ordered it yet and wont be there untill the next day. So I informed her that they told me it would be ready. She says well I'm just going by what the computer says. Worst customer service and gave me the runaround about his meds
