We are all humans just trying to live, why try to make other peoples life miserable. This Kroger on a friday at the 3rd of the month is insane.

I just wanted my prescription released because they didn't have any in stock,even the pharmacy I chose spoke with them, and they still haven't released my prescription. Do better or close the doors or hire better employees. I have been waiting over an hour for them to release it the other pharmacy. I also have a job i need to go. Skip this place.

- CPCristina PisaniMay 19, 20211.0Terrible customer service, misplaced my medicine and the clerk kept looking for it taking her sweet time yet having a line of customers. After about 20 mins of searching, while holding my card ready to insert for payment, she gave me an attitude telling me the machine was not ready. Instead of apologizing for the wait she kept scolding me about me almost inserting my card. Who the hell likes to wait in line for 30+ minutes and then scolded?? Who is responsible for hiring at this location? I will change my pharmacy to CVS. After I file a complaint with her supervisor.
