  I trust Dr. Jackson completely and highly recommend her to others. I feel fortunate that such a high caliber doctor is available.

  I'm only writing this review because I'm so confused. The first thing I was asked was what kind of insurance I had. When I told her, she said, well you have to pay upfront here. We don't take any kind of insurance. I was confused because she asked me what kind of insurance I had while chewing something while she was on the call. She then said, we don't take any kind of medicaid. I never mentioned medicaid. She said she was trying to save me from paying out of pocket since they didn't except any insurance. I felt like I had walked into a rubber room. It wasn't the doctor, it was someone who answered the phone. All she needed to say was they didn't accept any insurance and if I was ok with paying in cash. I don't understand why insurance don't want to pay for dermatology. Not all dermatology is cosmetic. I get that insurance companies are probably a hassle with dermatology, but the interaction with this person was weird.

  Dr. Jackson is fabulous…my favorite doctor ever. She is extremely thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about her. I wish all doctors were like Dr Jackson (and her staff). The best!

  Billie Jackson was referred to me by a family member and I can't say enough good things about her-neither can the family member! She is extremely thorough while also being gentle. She patiently listens to each and every question or concern and I leave her office so much more educated than what I arrived. Not only do these qualities apply to her but they also apply to her staff which are equally as friendly. If there is anything that you ever need when it comes to the scope of a dermatologist, you WILL NOT regret coming to Billie Jackson.
