- KRKitty RobbinsMar 17, 20261.0I just transferred my prescriptions to this Kroger because my Publix closed for renovations. I have had nothing but problems. Prescriptions are not ready on time and customer service is lackluster at best. The young lady I spoke with today told me that they were backed up and it would be an additional half hour. I had already waited an additional half hour before coming to pick them up. It is just frustrating because I had hoped it would be an easy transition. Guess I will transfer all of my prescriptions again.
