I just transferred my prescriptions to this Kroger because my Publix closed for renovations. I have had nothing but problems. Prescriptions are not ready on time and customer service is lackluster at best. The young lady I spoke with today told me that they were backed up and it would be an additional half hour. I had already waited an additional half hour before coming to pick them up. It is just frustrating because I had hoped it would be an easy transition. Guess I will transfer all of my prescriptions again.

A lady named Lola (name tag) in the Pharmacy was being disrespectful to my mother. We came earlier that day to get meds and as we walked away she shouted at us in disrespect and when we came back later she saw my mom and turned and talked to the other lady and kept my mom waiting. She did not even let us know about the GoodRx discount until another customer did. She was rude saying discount cards were expired when they weren't like she did not want to be there. If someone is dealing with meds they shouldn't show attitude.

I understand why the reviews are so low, concerning poor Customer Service. Last month, I called to have my prescriptions transfered to them and was told that it would take at least a week for them to do it. I called the pharmacy that I was using and asked them why would it take them a week to release my prescriptions to Kroger? They told me, that they didn't know why I was given a time frame of a week, when all Kroger's pharmacy had to do was to call them and that the process would take a couple of minutes, at the most. I then called Kroger back, and i formed them of what I was told and asked if they would have it done on that day. They said that they would. It ended up taking a couple more days, before I got my refills.
Second incident: On the morning of 8/17, I used their automated system to request 4 refills. I was given a pick-up time of 3:00 that afternoon. After not receiving a text notification, I went to the pharmacy the next afternoon. To my surprise, I was told that the automated system did not submit my refill requests and that he didn't know why, but that their system needed to be fixed. I told him that I agreed and that it is an inconvenience to customers to have to make multiple trips. He told me that he was "submitting them, right then and that I was not the only one that this happened to". To be nice...I didn't respond 🤐. I walked out and am sitting in my car writing this review. Kroger Pharmacy, surel, you can do better...
